Availability

Beamed ceilings, inglenook fireplaces and creaky floors makes this something a little different and special. Brought up to modern standards over the years its character and traditional old world charm have been well preserved. Being spacious and very well equipped makes it ideal for larger parties. If you require more bedrooms a good option is New Barn as an extra booking.

The accommodation comprises:

Main lounge
Has inglenook fireplace, wide screen SKY TV, DVD and Video player.
The fire will be made up ready to light with a bucket of coal and some logs.

Second lounge
Has double sofa bed.

Kitchen and Dining Area
Well equipped, has electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
washing machine, tumble drier and CD player in the dining area. The farmhouse table seats up to 10 people.
A Rayburn operates the central heating and heats the water.
There is an immersion heater as backup, or if the Rayburn is not in use.

Family room
Traditionally furnished, has double and single bed.

Double bedroom
Has double bed, vanity unit and SKY TV.

Children's room
Has full size bunks and single bed.

Bathroom
Has electric shower over the bath. Fan heater and heated towel rail.

Second toilet and lobby downstairs.
