Lounge and dining area has Sky TV, video, double sofa bed, table
and chairs for 6 people (stool for extra child),
two storage heaters.

Kitchen
Well equipped, has electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine.

Family room
Has double and full size single bed, electric wall heater.

Children's room
Has 2'6" bunk beds, electric wall heater.

Bathroom
Has electric fan heater and heated towel rail.

For larger parties there is an adjoining door to William Cottage which can be unlocked.
